GUIDELINES
001. No writing in dms, please. It makes my anxiety really bad and it stunts the flow of my writing when I'm anxious. I prefer to keep it for plotting, or the select few individuals 𝐈 invite to write there. 002. Plots & storylines are a must! I don't ever write lewd in public, it's always in DMs or an alt (dep. on character). But I’m here to talk. I'm not picky, but I do have standards. I like soft stuff, but angsty and rough stories to hurt some feelings are also welcome. ((: Resident queen of angst speaking, after all. 003. espect boundaries. I have no problem talking ooc and getting to know writers behind the accounts. But I am married IRL so please respect that. I'll show you pictures of my cats or neat little trinkets I get, but usually I won't be in the photos, so don't ask. 004. PLEASE don’t pester me about replies; Taking my time is what keeps my muse because I refuse to force myself to write. That being said, I will try to communicate if I'm not feeling a plot/my muse or if I'm just particularly busy during a certain time frame.
TL;DR
Lucia Vitali was born in Sicily into a family whose livelihood was tangled in organized crime. Though the family’s circumstances were far from safe, her childhood was shaped by a fierce attachment to her younger brother, Leon, whom she both tormented with the usual cruelty of an older sister and cared for with almost maternal devotion. She was several years older than him, old enough to remember their shared childhood far more clearly than he would remember her.Lucia remained in Sicily with her paternal grandmother, unaware that the debt she had tried to resolve would continue to haunt her family. Not long after her parents arrived in America, they were murdered in retaliation for her attempt to 'pay off their family's debt'. From afar, Lucia learned of their deaths but assumed they had fallen victim to the violence she associated with their new country, never realizing the killings were connected to the obligation she had stayed behind to settle. After her paternal grandmother died, Lucia finally left Sicily and moved to Naples. With her family gone and few ties left to a conventional life, she returned to the criminal underworld she had once hoped to escape. Over time, she became an independent mercenary and contract killer, accepting discreet, targeted jobs while maintaining strict limits on collateral damage. She continued following what she could of Leon’s life from a distance until the 1998 Raccoon City Incident. Believing her younger brother had died, Lucia lost track of him, carrying the grief of a family she thought she had failed to protect into the life she built for herself in Naples.

LUCIA M. VITALI
Cat ipsum dolor sit amet, Lucia Vitali was born in Sicily, Italy, into a family whose livelihood was entangled with organized crime. As the eldest child, she grew up familiar with the dangers and obligations that accompanied her family's associations. When her younger brother, Leon, was born approximately twelve years later, Lucia naturally assumed a protective role in his life. Their relationship was a mixture of typical sibling rivalry and something approaching a maternal bond. She teased him relentlessly, but she was also the one who cared for him when he was sick, stitched his pants, and protected him when bullies found their way under his skin.
Eventually, the Vitali family was given an opportunity to relocate to the US, with new identities and better opportunities to escape the cycle they'd been thrusted into. Feeling frustrated the night before their departure, Lucia ran away. Faced with a terrible decision with which child to focus on the future of, in an act of self-preservation mixed with parental care, they moved on to the US anyways, leaving Lucia behind. She stayed behind with the intent to join them at a later date, but that day would never come. In an effort to settle the debts they were evading, Lucia conducted her first solo operation. The rivaling family was taken out in a grand scheme, every one of them poisoned. This followed her and resulted in the retaliatory death of her parents despite their distance; they should've known there were boots on the ground everywhere. No amount of running would save them.Lucia remained a Vitali. She had stayed behind to protect her family, but the separation became permanent. Not long after their arrival in America, Lucia's parents were murdered. Through the limited information available to her, she understood their deaths as an instance of gun violence in their new country. Unaware of any connection between the murders and the debt she had remained in Italy to settle, she never suspected that the danger she had attempted to contain might have followed her family across the Atlantic.Given the distance, her relationship with Leon existed largely through memories of his childhood and the occasional information she received about his circumstances. Although she had left when he was young, she never entirely relinquished her connection to him. She tracked him throughout his life as Leon S. Kennedy; mostly to see how far he'd come on his own, with his new adoptive family. She couldn't be mad at him for moving on, especially so young. But that didn't mean she was ready to let go, either. In the years that followed, Lucia became increasingly involved in criminal work. Initially tied to the networks and obligations she had remained in Italy to resolve, she eventually established herself as a contract killer. Her assignments generally involved individual targets rather than large-scale operations, and she developed a preference for discreet work that minimized unnecessary casualties. Skilled in hand-to-hand combat, she nevertheless favored her handgun, a platypus with a specialized silencer, and relied on discretion rather than spectacle to accomplish her objectives.Over time, Lucia transitioned away from dependence on established criminal organizations and began operating independently. She maintained professional relationships and temporary alliances when they served a purpose, careful not to burn bridges unnecessarily. Her work eventually expanded beyond conventional contract killings and into the international black market surrounding biological weapons.Through this line of work, Lucia encountered Ada Wong, who introduced her to assignments involving the transportation, retrieval, and protection of bioweapons and related assets. Although such contracts were not always her preferred work, they frequently offered substantial compensation. Lucia's involvement in this market brought her into contact with the clandestine networks responsible for moving dangerous biological material, though she remained an independent operative rather than a permanent member of any organization.Throughout these years, Lucia continued to maintain her primary residence in Naples, the city where she found herself after the death of her paternal grandmother. Her work occasionally took her elsewhere, but Italy remained her home, and she continued to rely on the contacts she had cultivated throughout her career. Through distant connections, she managed to get her hands on a photo of Leon's graduation from the academy, which was with her fateful night of her discovery. In 1998, the Raccoon City incident changed what little remained of Lucia's connection to her family. Following news of the catastrophic outbreak and the destruction of the city, she assumed that Leon had died in the disaster. With no reliable means of confirming his survival, she lost track of him and eventually ceased looking for information about his life, believing that her younger brother was gone.Unbeknownst to Lucia, Leon had survived. With her family presumed dead or lost to her, Lucia continued her work as an independent mercenary, maintaining her professional connections and accepting contracts within the increasingly dangerous world of illicit bioweapons trafficking. Her life remained rooted in Italy, though the consequences of her past and the criminal networks she had once relied upon continued to shape the work she accepted.
